Our client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist for their clinic in South Dublin.
This role will suit a receptionist with excellent organisational skills and strong administrative skills.The ideal candidate will be compassionate and discrete with a professional demeanor
What will I be responsible for?:
- Greeting and assisting patients, both in person and via phone.
- Assisting all patients in a professional and discrete manner.
- Ordering office supplies
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
- Assisting patients in scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards is essential for this role
- Adhoc administrative support
What is required?
- 1 year of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Multi-tasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and planning abilities.
- Ability to operate under pressure and respond quickly
- Experience working in the medical industry would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
