A leading professional services firm is looking for a Quantity Surveying Manager to join its growing advisory team.

The successful candidate will manage commercial performance across major construction and infrastructure projects, while leading client relationships and supporting the development of a specialist team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets and forecasts.
• Provide commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities.
• Support procurement and project decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team.
• Improve internal processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong quantity surveying or cost management experience.
• Background in major construction, infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Experience managing budgets and advising clients.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Clear communication and strong commercial judgement.
