About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Hebrew or Italian) to join our Regulatory Operations team. In this role, you will manage pre-litigation user complaints across the EMEA region, including access-related issues and account disablement or restriction matters.
You will oversee complaints end-to-end, from initial review through investigation coordination and external response. The role also includes providing administrative and operational support to global workflows and contributing to the organisation's legal risk mitigation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-litigation user complaints end-to-end, including hacked account complaints and account disablement or restriction matters.
- Conduct initial case reviews and coordinate investigations with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal cross-functional teams to gather factual findings and case documentation.
- Manage external correspondence with complainants and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support to ensure efficient case management and documentation.
- Collaborate with in-house counsel and other teams to support the resolution of complaints and mitigate legal risks.
- Exercise sound judgment when escalating matters to legal counsel or other stakeholders.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with implementing automation, artificial intelligence, and tooling improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to additional operational projects and tasks assigned by program managers or leadership.
- Address sensitive content issues, including graphic imagery, videos, offensive language, or other objectionable materials when required.
- Evaluate and consider the societal impact of online behaviour and content while testing operational processes and assumptions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, complaints handling, legal support, or paralegal work, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.
- Ability to interpret and apply legal guidance within operational processes.
- Experience identifying and mitigating legal or operational risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and either Hebrew or Italian.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Familiarity with document management platforms such as SharePoint or Google Drive.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients or within a global organisation.
- Exposure to AI-powered document review tools or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Gemini, Harvey).
- Experience with e-discovery tools.
- Additional language skills beyond the core requirements.
