Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality. You will lead a team on the production floor, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities and workflows
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards
• Enforce health and safety procedures across the production area
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and logistics
• Train and develop team members
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field
• Experience with production planning systems or ERP software
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement knowledge
