Product Manager - Financial Services
My client is looking for a Product Manager with experience in financial services. This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. This role is great for someone early in their product career who wants to build hands-on experience. You'll support senior product managers and work with teams across the business to improve and grow leasing products. They need someone eager to learn, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
This role is days per week on site.
What You'll Do

Help manage Leasing products, including documentation, FAQs, and internal updates.

Gather and review customer feedback and market trends to improve products.

Support the full product development process from idea to launch.

Work with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to deliver and support products.

Track product performance and identify ways to improve.

Ensure product materials meet regulatory requirements.

Support innovation across products and help streamline processes.

Maintain clear product documentation and resources.

Assist with product-related projects to ensure work is delivered on time.
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (Master's or professional qualification is a plus).

QFA (or working toward QFA) with up-to-date CPD.

At least 3 years' product management experience in financial services.

Must meet Central Bank Fitness & Probity requirements and minimum competency standards.
