    Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading global organisation in the medical and life sciences sector. Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to join their high-performing team in Ballycoolin, Dublin.

    In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day operations across customer service, order processing, stock control and warehouse coordination-ensuring compliance with quality and GDP standards while supporting continuous improvement across the site.

    Role Overview

    The Operations Supervisor will support the Operations Manager in overseeing the full order lifecycle-order receipt, planning, stock allocation, picking, packing, dispatch and courier interaction.

    You will also play a key role in managing compliance, supporting warehouse coordination, and acting as the lead for specialised RFA/Cryo order processes.

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Strong Operations, Warehousing & Logistics experience

    • WMS experience (preferably D365)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

    • Customer-focused, with empathy and professionalism

    • Strong leadership, organisation and time-management

    • Readiness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment

    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Oversight & Coordination

    • Supervise end-to-end order processing: capture, planning, allocation, picking, packing and dispatch

    • Oversee order management via D365 and courier platforms

    • Manage stock checks, stock rotation and reconciliation

    • Ensure timely inbound receipting and stock transfers from global locations

    • Support warehouse workflow oversight, documentation, and administrative compliance

    • Maintain accurate invoicing, posting and back-order reporting

    RFA/Cryo & Compliance Leadership

    • Lead the coordination of all RFA/Cryo processes

    • Manage inbound receipting of tissue products

    • Conduct daily fridge checks and temperature logging

    • Oversee Cryo shipper rotation, charging, and tracking

    • Manage LN2 tank rotation, coupling/uncoupling, and refill scheduling

    • Ensure accurate documentation, freezer logs & compliance reporting

    • Liaise with specialist RFA couriers and manage return logistics

    Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Provide high-quality customer communication via phone and email

    • Support customer complaint resolution through accurate reporting and process compliance

    • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, accurate operational performance

    Minimum Requirements

    • 5+ years' experience in Operations, Customer Service or Warehousing

    • Strong communication and organisational skills

    • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and general IT systems

    • Fluent English, written and spoken

    • Experience within a regulated or quality-driven environment advantageous
