Morgan McKinley are working with a leading digital bank to help grow their Mortgage Direct Sales team and are seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Advisor to support customers through the full mortgage journey in a fast-paced digital environment. About the Role
As a Mortgage Sales Advisor, you will guide customers from application to completion, providing high-quality support through digital and remote channels. You will play a key role in driving completions, managing your pipeline effectively and helping shape the evolving mortgage sales function.
Responsibilities

Provide proactive and reactive support to mortgage customers via digital and remote channels.

Manage the full end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring timely and successful completions.

Achieve completion and drawdown targets through strong pipeline management.

Work closely with Sales and Product teams to refine processes and improve customer experience.

Identify process blockers and support issue resolution with the wider mortgage team.

Generate new business through personal networks in addition to receiving direct channel leads.

Prepare detailed credit assessments and recommendations ahead of credit review.
Requirements

End-to-end mortgage new business experience is essential.

APA Mortgages required; QFA or Professional Banker qualification desirable.

Experience supporting customers via phone and remote communication tools.

Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance.

Proven track record working with credit teams to progress mortgage applications.

Demonstrated success in converting applications to completed mortgages.
