A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its General Medicine team on a 12-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative environment within a global leader in healthcare innovation.
The Marketing Associate will support the delivery of impactful, compliant marketing initiatives across a portfolio of products, helping ensure that strategies reach the patients who need them.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns
- Contribute to product positioning, communications, and promotional activities
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and external partners
- Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and objectives
- Support the execution of multichannel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Assist in the planning and delivery of congresses and sponsored meetings
- Organise Brand Team meetings to ensure alignment and effective decision-making
- Track and manage marketing budgets against plan
- Develop and manage promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Support the approval of materials through internal compliance systems
Candidate Profile
- Degree-level education in marketing, business, science, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple projects within a cross-functional environment
- Exposure to digital marketing across multiple channels
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights
- Experience working in a regulated environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools
