Mandarin-Speaking Financial Reporting Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Finance Professional to join a globally recognised organisation based in Dublin City Centre. This is a key role within the financial reporting team, offering exposure to international operations and fast-paced commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of financial reporting procedures, policies, and controls
• Act as the go-to expert for financial accounting and reporting queries
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of periodic financial reports
• Manage the review process for statutory financial statements
• Collaborate across departments to drive finance projects and resolve business challenges
• Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to the financial reporting team

What We're Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA / CPA Fully qualified accountant with 7+ years of relevant finance experience
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
• Big 4 experience in financial reporting is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Mandarin & English)
• Excellent analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
