Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Coordination

Manage the Hub: Lead and coordinate a team of centralized PAs, ensuring task allocation is balanced and deadlines are met.

Coach & Mentor: Provide regular feedback and development support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Workflow Analytics: Identify process bottlenecks and produce capacity reports for management to optimize efficiency.

Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between legal teams and support staff, managing expectations and refining service delivery.
High-Level PA Support

Complex Diary Management: Handle scheduling and travel for multiple fee earners across diverse practice areas.

Document Production: Amend and produce high-quality legal documentation using digital dictation and house styles.

Financial Administration: End-to-end billing support, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Business Development: Manage CRM data (Interaction) and assist with BD reporting.
Who You Are
You are a "go-to" person known for your adaptability and calm under pressure. You understand the nuances of a law firm and have the interpersonal savvy to manage both junior staff and senior partners.
Your Experience & Skills:

Background: A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Legal PA/Secretary (multi-practice experience is a significant plus).

Leadership: Previous experience in workflow management or team leading is highly advantageous.

Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
