About the Role
This role is within an engineering and design division specializing in innovative computing and communications solutions, integrating enterprise networking with purpose-built hardware and software.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure the efficient administrative functioning of the legal and compliance team and to own key repeatable legal processes. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a central role in supporting the legal department in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities

Document Management & Drafting:

Draft, review, and manage standard legal documents (e.g., NDAs, Bailment Agreements, Letters of Authorization).

Coordinate the execution of contracts and other legal documents (e.g., physical and electronic signatures, DocuSign).

Manage legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibility.

Calendar & Compliance Tracking:

Maintain the legal and compliance calendar, tracking contract expiry/renewal, certificates, and filings.

Coordinate regular compliance events (e.g., export filings, regulatory returns).

Export Support:

Support basic export licensing processes, including maintaining internal records of export classifications and licenses.

Prepare routine license applications under supervision.

Cross-Functional & External Liaison:

Liaise with Finance, Sales, and HR on commercial and compliance matters.

Act as liaison with external counsel and service providers for routine matters.

Training & Administration:

Organize internal compliance and legal training sessions (scheduling, materials, tracking attendance).

Support due diligence as needed.

Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team.

Qualifications and Experience
-
2+ years of experience in a legal executive, legal admin, or paralegal role.

Familiarity with legal processes and terminology (especially commercial contracts and compliance).

Highly organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable handling confidential information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and a contract management system.
