Junior Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent new opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role based in South Dublin.

Our client is looking for an ambitious QS Graduate or someone with 1+ years commercial experinece.

As part of your role you will get the opportunity to:

• Assist with the commercial management of projects
• Cost planning, budgeting and financial reporting
• Assist with the management and administration of subcontractor accounts
• Prepare monthly valuations and managing variations
• Monitor project costs and forecasting
• Assist in identifying commercial risks and reporting them to the PMO Manager
• Create and update project status reports
• Create and log Change Control Documents
• Provide reports on KPIs and other indicators of project success
• Ensure all project information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored and filed
