    Head of Technology Solutions and Innovation - Leading Financial Services Group

    Senior Leadership Role reporting to C-Suite

    This role requires a combination of technical expertise to analyse and implement comprehensive end to end technology solutions and technology innovations to enable business strategy along with soft skills to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the life cycle of design to delivery.

    Technical Skills:
    Strategic solution Design: Design and development of end-to-end technology solutions to advance strategic business objectives; bringing together the breadth of capabilities across business / functional and technology areas

    Optimise solution design in terms of risk, capacity and cost impact, inc. estimation of project change, maximising control improvement and ongoing run costs.

    Adoption of standardised solutions where possible. If no standard solutions match, feed into the on going evolution of the appropriate product roadmaps to reflect these strategic requirements.

    Assess and determine the technical domains and capabilities impacted / enabling the advancement of the strategic objective thereby ensuring appropriate stakeholders are engaged to optimise the solution and delivery

    Leverage and align to the groups's global governance frameworks to avail of advanced technology capabilities including Generative AI, Public Cloud, Big Data, etc.

    Identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges and advancement of mitigating actions.

    Soft Skills:
    Critical thinking and problem solving - able to identify research gaps and apply solutions
    Expert in storytelling and communication
    Stakeholder management - engaging with internal and external stakeholders
    People management -Need of Skilled leader who is expert in managing team and driving deliverable across onsite and offsite
    Conflict management - able to manage people concerns and lead them with an example
