Excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Engineer to join a global pharmaceutical organisation. Supporting a Dublin-based engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting the maintenance and engineering departments in delivering a safe and reliable plant to ensure continuity of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run the facility maintenance strategy from initial design through to operations.
- Manage equipment health using predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations for complex equipment failures.
- Govern new equipment projects to ensure compliance and readiness before launch.
- Collaborate across teams to track KPIs, write procedures, and train technicians.

- Utilize business analytics to optimize asset performance and drive environmental sustainability goals.
Skills, Attributes & Experience:
- BSc Degree in relevant Engineering/Science discipline including Chemical/Mechanical/Manufacturing.
- 1-3 years experience in working within Medical Device, Pharma or Biopharma is preferred
- Knowledge of drafting documentation relating to assets/maintenance programs
- Ability to use business analytics to measure performance and improve sustainability.
- Excellent communication skills to work with project teams, technicians, and vendors.
