A high-growth AI start-up is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with 2+ years' experience to work on the platforms, systems, and services powering innovative AI-driven products. You will play a key role in building scalable solutions, improving engineering processes, and delivering reliable technology solutions to customers globally.
The Role
The position has a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, and Python engineering. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design, build, and maintain high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation tooling
* Develop backend services and Python automation solutions
* Support scalable architecture and data systems as the platform grows
* Contribute across the full technology stack to deliver new features
* Improve reliability, security, and engineering workflows
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in software engineering / full stack development
* Strong Python coding and scripting skills
* Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure also considered)
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure practices
* Strong understanding of databases and backend development
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
Nice to Have
* Experience taking products from prototype through to production
* Infrastructure-as-code and observability experience
* Previous experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment
