    A leading financial services firm is seeking an ambitious, client-focused Financial Advisor to join its growing, remote-first team.

    The successful candidate will advise independent workers, including contractors, self-employed professionals, and company directors, providing high-quality financial planning across wealth protection, retirement planning, and long-term financial goals. The role benefits from strong internal support, in-house lead generation, and integrated tax expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement personalised financial plans aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons
    • Conduct in-depth client reviews to assess financial position and identify opportunities
    • Provide advice on investments, asset allocation, tax planning, retirement, and estate planning
    • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
    • Carry out annual and ad-hoc client reviews
    • Manage and progress in-house generated leads efficiently and professionally
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic wealth management solutions
    • Stay up-to-date with market, regulatory, and industry developments
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
    • Promote a collaborative, "One Team" mindset within the organisation

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA); CFP qualification is advantageous
    • Minimum of 2.5 years' experience in a similar financial advisory role
    • Strong working knowledge of life, pension, and investment products
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
    • Experience using financial planning tools, CRM systems, and related technology
    • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
