Salary: €30,000-€33,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with cost control and reporting.
- Work closely with accounts and team leads within the European and Asian offices.
- Support the KYC team with documentation checks and compliance‑related tasks when necessary.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices.
- Supporting the day‑to‑day commercial and operational requirements.
- Perform cost‑control functions such as monitoring Cash‑to‑Master (CTM) disbursements and completing reconciliations.
- Support vessel cost control activities, including variance analysis, forecasting, and periodic reporting.
- General administrative and finance-related support to the wider accounts team.
What You'll Need:
- 1-2 years' experience in a financial administration role within an international or multinational organisation.
- Previous experience in a logistics environment is advantageous.
- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of varied administrative processes
