Finance Manager

Brilliant opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a growing PE-backed tech business in South Dublin as Finance Manager.

This is a unique opportunity for an accountant with 3-5 years PQE to join a business that is both well-established and rapidly innovating. You will gain hands-on experience across the full finance function, and the chance to shape financial processes in a business undergoing significant transformation.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the monthly consolidated management accounts
• Conduct analysis on multiple revenue streams
• Coach and manage transactional finance staff
• Managing compliance, audit and taxation requirements
• Ensuring all financial controls and procedures are met and improved where required
• Ad hoc projects and data-driven analysis to inform commercial decision-making

Key Skills & Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years PQE
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Query with the ability to manipulate and refine large volumes of data
• Staff supervision/review experience - reviewing bank reconciliations, payroll and accounts payable work performed by other members of the team
• Strong interpersonal skills - Comfortable liaising confidently with C-Suite
