Enforcement Specialist

We are working on behalf of a highly reputable organisation in Dublin to recruit an Enforcement Officer to support their Enforcement Manager in driving compliance and maximising revenue collection.

The Role
Reporting to the Enforcement Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring enforcement policies are effectively implemented while supporting the recovery of outstanding payments.
You will act as an authorised officer, contributing to enforcement decisions and working closely with both internal teams and external legal partners.
Key Responsibilities

Act as an authorised officer to approve enforcement actions and supporting documentation

Liaise with company solicitors on escalated enforcement cases, responding to queries and providing case updates

Manage and review customer cases to ensure all evidence and relevant data is accurate and complete

Support the preparation and quality assurance of Evidence Packs for enforcement proceedings

Contribute to debt recovery strategies, particularly in contested cases

Review claim notices and support the selection of enforcement agents (e.g. sheriff candidates)

Collaborate with internal teams and external enforcement providers to ensure compliance standards are met

Assist in developing and improving enforcement processes and procedures

Monitor and support delivery against enforcement-related KPIs
Skills & Competencies

Strong reporting and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Office

Experience & Background

Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative or similar role

Experience documenting processes and controls

Exposure to working within cross-functional or project-based teams

Experience in enforcement or credit management is advantageous, but not essential
