We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology organisation that is at the forefront of artificial intelligence and machine learning innovation. This is a contract position, well-suited to candidates at an early stage in their career who are detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in working with data across multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Work with a variety of data types, including text, audio, speech, images, and video
- Accurately label and evaluate datasets using provided guidelines and internal tools
- Produce high-quality outputs in line with performance and quality targets
- Apply sound judgement when working with unclear or incomplete information
- Maintain strong attention to detail while switching between different task types
- Support day-to-day operational tasks across multiple workflows
- Identify trends, errors, and areas for improvement in data quality processes
- Highlight process gaps or inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements
- Provide support to team members by helping resolve task-related queries when needed
What a Typical Day Looks Like
In this role, you will carry out core data annotation and evaluation tasks that support machine learning models. This may include reviewing and assessing dialogue, text, audio, or video data.
Success in this role requires strong focus, the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency, and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality. You will work as part of a collaborative team contributing to the development of practical AI applications.
Basic Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in at least one of the following: French, German, Dutch
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear and professional documentation
- Good reading comprehension and ability to interpret complex instructions
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines across different tasks and projects
- Strong research and information-gathering skills
- High attention to detail
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Some prior work experience (internships or entry-level roles considered)
- Exposure to data handling, research, or administrative tasks
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools
