Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with high-value domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures.
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.
- Coordinate legal due diligence processes effectively.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate governance to a portfolio of top-tier domestic and international entities.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (Ireland or UK) - NQ - 4 years PQE.
- Strong training gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
- Solid technical grounding in Corporate Law / M&A.
- Commercially minded with excellent academic credentials.
