We are seeking a Content Strategist to join a fast-paced and innovative global communications company. Write, edit, test, and improve Help Center articles and customer support responses in line with content strategy.
Create and refine content to support AI/LLM-based customer support tools.
Apply, maintain, and promote content standards and best practices.
Use data to guide content decisions and influence improvements in support experiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
Test products and translate technical expertise into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to produce effective, empathetic support messaging.
Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy.
6+ months of experience writing and optimising content for AI/LLM systems.
Strong editorial judgment and ability to work with complex and sensitive content sets.
Proven ability to write and improve online help content and customer support responses for social platforms and/or mobile apps.
Experience with content management systems (CMS).
Experience using project management tools.
Experience in project management, managing competing priorities, and working through ambiguity.
Knowledge of data analysis, XML editing, and AI tools.
Hands-on experience creating content for AI/LLM support systems.
