Commercial Real Estate Solicitor - Mid Tier Firm

A leading mid-tier law firm in Dublin with an enviable client list is now looking to recruit an ambitious solicitor to join its growing real estate team.

We are seeking candidates with experience in the region of 2 to 4 years' PQE for this new role in one of the property partner's teams.

The role

The firm advises clients on a myriad of different stages of projects:

• Investment sales and acquisitions
• Development deals
• Lease transactions and portfolio management
• Real estate finance
• Property aspects of corporate transactions

Requirements

• Qualified candidates from 2 to 4yrs PQE
• Ideally from another medium sized commercial law firm,
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong team and collaborative skills
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• 3 days in the Dublin office
