Our client, a global leader in the Identity and Access Management sector are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join them initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is central to supporting global sales, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and contributing to the overall performance of a fast-growing, innovative organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing strategies, competitor tracking, and pricing committee management.
- Provide commercial support for tender responses, pricing inquiries, and contract terms.
- Ensure accurate application of revenue recognition policies and assist with financial reporting.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee global insurance policies and renewals.
- Contribute to implementing a Certinia ERP system and other finance projects.
- Support corporate planning and tax strategy initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 5-10 years PQE.
- Proven experience in global accounting teams, particularly supporting sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of software pricing and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
