Chief of Staff

This isn't an administrative Chief of Staff role. It's designed for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, creating structure from ambiguity, and driving meaningful cross-functional initiatives. You'll have broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with senior leadership to drive key strategic initiatives.
- Build scalable processes and operating rhythms that improve execution across the business.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
- Translate strategic conversations into clear action plans and operational priorities.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and other operational initiatives as the company continues to grow.
- Help improve planning, reporting, and business operations across commercial and technical teams.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner, providing constructive challenge and helping maintain a high bar for execution.
What they're looking for
- Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth technology environment.
- A track record of leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities can change quickly.
- A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility across both technical and commercial teams.

- Based in Dublin with international travel, mostly in the US
