A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst to join its Dublin city centre team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong potential for extension. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing operations team, supporting the accurate and efficient processing of Corporate Action events in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and processing Corporate Action events across a range of investment products. You will be responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, minimising risk, and supporting continuous process improvements within a global operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile Corporate Action events, including communications, notifications and postings.
- Support day-to-day operational processes while ensuring adherence to established procedures and controls.
- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Prepare reports, investigate discrepancies and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and risk management policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of operational best practices.
About You
You will have a strong analytical mindset, a solid understanding of investment products, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced financial services environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Previous experience within Asset Servicing, Investment Operations, Custody Operations, or a similar financial services environment.
- Knowledge of investment instruments, including equities, fixed income and asset-backed securities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (Access is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
