The AML Analyst will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements within the Fund Distribution Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing KYC onboarding and periodic reviews, validating client documentation, and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Conduct KYC onboarding and periodic reviews for clients and investors.
Validate information and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare periodic and process-specific activity reports as required.
Investigate and resolve complex AML or KYC queries, applying sound judgement and attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an AML-related role, ideally within financial services or fund administration.
Strong understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) regulations.
Proven experience in managing KYC onboarding and periodic refresh processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
