    Daily Rate - €600 and above

    About Role - The role combines deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI with understanding of
    engineering standards, AI risk management, and stakeholder engagement in a regulated environment.

    Responsibilities: To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience of design and
    delivery of Microsoft Copilot solutions in a complex, high-impact and fast-paced regulated enterprise environment. You'll be a key addition to the team responsible for:

    o Partner with technology, data and risk teams to design and execute AI- powered solutions
    o Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot agents.
    o Design and implement Copilot agentic solutions to meet business needs
    o Implement testing processes to ensure AI solutions developed align to PTSB best practice and AI governance principles

    Requirements:
    Essential -
    * Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, including Copilot Agents
    and their operation within Microsoft 365 service and security boundaries
    * Proven experience designing and delivering custom Copilot Agents using Copilot
    Studio
    * Advanced prompt engineering skills for enterprise use, including reliability,
    consistency, and risk mitigation
    * Microsoft Power Apps proven experience and qualifications
    * At least 5 years in a senior engineering position.
    * At least 2 years' experience working with AI, including a strong awareness of
    regulatory frameworks (i.e. GDPR, EU AI Act).
    * Strong architectural understanding of Azure AI services used in conjunction with
    Copilot Agents, including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services (where
    approved)
    * Experience integrating agents with Microsoft Graph, enterprise data sources,
    document repositories, and internal APIs
