Accounts Payable Assistant-Dublin 2
We are looking for bright Accounts Payable professionals ready to take the next step in their career and join a multinational FMCG drinks giant. This exciting, hands-on role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
This role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop while supporting key finance operations and work closely with the AP manager. Including managing SAP purchase orders, validating travel and expense submissions, generating weekly reports, and assisting with month-end invoice processing.

Contract: initial 11-month contract with a potential for extension or permanency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Adapt Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders in SAP.
- Monitor and manage the PO Queries Inbox with timely responses and necessary follow-up actions.
- Validate Concur Travel & Expense submissions, identifying mismatches and returning them to submitters.
- Download weekly cash expense reports and perform journaling in SAP.
- Create weekly revenue reports using existing macros.
- Train to assist with goods-receipted invoice processing in SAP ECC at month-end across various entities.
- Take on additional duties and support key finance operations as the role evolves.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a finance or accounts payable position.
- FMCG experience advantageous.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn SAP / Concur.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with macros preferred) and MS Office suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing internal queries and correspondence.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
