Site Quality Lead
As the Site Quality Lead, you will be accountable for maintaining and elevating the Quality and Food Safety Management System to meet regulatory, certification, and customer standards. This key leadership role collaborates with site and central teams to embed a strong quality culture, ensuring all processes align with internal KPIs and external compliance demands.
Industry: Dairy / Food / Pharma
Experience Level: 3 years in Quality Management
Education: Third-level qualification in Food Science or related discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the owner of the site Quality Management and Food Safety Systems.
Lead HACCP, Food Defence, and TACCP teams.
Maintain site certifications including BRCGS, FSSC, HALAL, and Kosher. - Serve as the quality point of contact for customer audits and visits.
Oversee product grading, release, and investigation of customer issues.
Support product development through Stage Gate reviews and specification alignment. - Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on quality KPIs, audit results, and compliance updates.
- Build and coach a strong quality team, fostering food safety behaviours across the site.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of FSSC, BRCGS, and other relevant standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence across levels, and deliver results.
