We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Collaboration Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and governance of a robust Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, and OneDrive.

- Exchange Online & Hybrid, Microsoft Viva
- M365 Diagnostic Tools, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools
Responsibilities
- SharePoint Online: Lead architecture, administration, permission models, and workflows; translate business requirements into scalable modern sites.
- Microsoft Teams: Oversee governance, lifecycle management, integrations, and compliance policy rollout.
- Microsoft Copilot (AI): Act as SME for deployment, user enablement, process automation, and usage analytics.
- OneDrive & Operations: Handle data protection and file sync governance; serve as the senior technical escalation point for M365 platform issues.
- Frameworks & Troubleshooting: Develop M365 governance frameworks, conduct structured root-cause analysis, and manage hybrid infrastructure obstacles.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, Teams governance, and Entra ID (Azure AD) security.
- AI & Automation: Practical experience with Copilot for M365 adoption and workflow automation (Power Platform).
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., MS-700, MS-102, SC-900).
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
