Lead and manage a team of up to six engineers, delivering large-scale process skid projects or multiple smaller systems concurrently.
Take overall responsibility for successful project delivery, including schedule, cost, and quality performance.
Coordinate across process, mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines.
Manage and support the drafting team to ensure delivery of high-quality drawings.
Handle material and subcontractor procurement and coordination.
Support system commissioning and ensure smooth project handover documentation.
Promote and ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Quality policies.
Act as a key point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships through proactive and responsive communication.
Contribute to commercial activities such as contract management, pricing, and quotation preparation.
Foster collaboration within project teams and lead by example to achieve successful outcomes.
Support the development and mentoring of graduate and junior engineers.
Demonstrate excellent communication, listening, and leadership skills.
10+ years of process engineering experience in biotechnology, beverage/brewery, or dairy industries.
Proven experience in the design, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning of process equipment such as CIP systems, chromatography units, filtration skids, or equivalent.
