Senior Accountant - Practice

Our client, a well-established business based in Cork, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a Qualified Accountant with 5+ years experience working in and Irish Accounting Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a significant portfolio of diverse clients across accounts,
  audit and tax.
• Preparing working papers and financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and internal procedures.
• Leading and conducting audits across a broad client base.
• Preparing corporate and personal tax returns
• Actively manage work-in-progress (WIP), billing, and debtors within the client portfolio, ensuring optimal profitability.
• Maintain strong client relationships, managing client expectations, and proactively
  seeking client feedback.
• Delivering high-quality work in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
• Reviewing team members work, providing training and guidance.

Requirements:

• ACCA/CPA/ACA Qualified
• 5+ years experience within and Irish practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge
• A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-
  solving skills.
