Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to provide operational support for an ongoing SAP implementation. This position will partner closely with the project management team to help ensure seamless execution, monitor deliverables, and uphold project governance.
Main Duties
- Support the creation of project documentation (charters, RACI, schedules) using input from lead stakeholders
- Keep planning trackers and checklists current and accurate
- Arrange, document, and follow up on planning meetings
- File and maintain project-related materials in shared repositories
- Update and manage project schedules, trackers, and task lists
- Facilitate and record daily stand-ups and sync sessions when required
- Monitor action items, issues, and key deliverables to closure
- Draft and circulate meeting minutes and progress updates
- Assist with onboarding activities and system access for incoming team members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination or PMO support, preferably in ERP or SAP initiatives
- Competence with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Excel)
- Strong planning and organizational ability with attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken
- Capable of working autonomously and juggling multiple tasks in a remote environment
Desirable
- Understanding of SAP project phases and terminology
- Background in Agile, Waterfall, or blended methodologies
- Previous exposure to supporting distributed/global teams
