On behalf of my client, I am seeking an SAP Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead their global SAP roadmap and drive key digital transformation initiatives. In this strategic leadership role, you will guide a global team, partner with executive stakeholders, and shape scalable SAP solutions across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade.
The ideal candidate would be a hands-on functional leader with deep SAP supply chain configuration expertise, strong global team management skills, and a track record of delivering high-impact enterprise solutions.
Key Qualifications
- 12+ Years SAP Experience: Proven track record across global implementations, functional support, and hands-on SAP configuration.
- Core Module Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of MM, PP, QM, PLM, LE, GTS, and IBP.
- Global Team Leadership: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional global teams, offshore talent, and third-party vendors/SIs.
- Technical Execution: Skilled in hands-on configuration, writing RICEFW specs, leading UAT, and managing cutover tasks.
- S/4HANA & Modernization: Hands-on exposure to supporting or leading S/4HANA initiatives in cloud or on-prem environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IS, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Specialized Modules: Experience with SAP EWM, LGM, or SAP BTP.
- Tooling & Integrations: Familiarity with ServiceNow and carrier integrations (e.g., ShipERP).
- Transformation & Compliance: Background in large-scale SAP transformations and global trade compliance.
Work Environment & Travel
- Comfortable collaborating within a global, distributed team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support key business and project initiatives.
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
