Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Experience & Qualifications
- 3 years + in a regulated environment
- Ideally Bio/pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, or food science background

Overview of Role
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Lead and working in a GMP and ISO-certified environment this position requires an effective and proactive collaborator to work cross-functionally, and as part of a team. With a strong focus on facilitating the continuing compliance of operations. this role is key to maintaining the quality and safety of Single Use Technology products for the bio/pharmaceutical market, ensuring the company meets all internal and external specification requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- In-process Quality inspection of components finished assemblies, and packaging.
- In-process review of batch records.
- Ensuring continuing compliance of key and critical process-related equipment with
- scheduled and unscheduled verification, calibration, maintenance, and qualification
- Investigation and timely documentation of non-conformances and corrective/preventative
- Drafting and timely execution of other quality management system activities.
- Real-time update of key QMS tracking tools and logs.
- Execution of routine environmental monitoring.
- Provision of support for audits received and conducted by CPi Technology Ltd.
- Engaging with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing and undertaking training to required processes.
- Other responsibilities as required.
