3 days a week onsite in Cork
Our client is seeking a Jurnior Project Manager or Coordinator for a fast-paced global design team. Your goal is to keep complex projects on track by managing schedules, facilitating communication between engineering and creative teams, and leveraging AI tools to automate administrative tasks. You aren't making the design decisions, you are making sure the designers have what they need to succeed on time.
Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Maintain and update project timelines (lifecycles) from initial product engineering through to final marketing asset delivery.
- Meeting & Communication Facilitation: Organize global reviews, capture action items, and ensure feedback is distributed to the right teams within 24 hours.
- AI Tool Power-User: Use AI chatbots and agents to automate status updates, summarize meetings, and streamline repetitive workflows.
- Cross-Functional Tracking: Act as the point of contact between Product Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure everyone is hitting their milestones.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Keep project management tools (e.g., Asana) up to date so leadership has a clear view of project health and potential blockers.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in a high-volume project coordination or project management role (Agency or In-house).
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI-integrated PM tools) to speed up your own work and manage automated "assistants."
- A "scheduler" mindset-you love a clean Gantt chart and a clear to-do list.
- Ability to clearly relay technical or timeline info to different teams without getting lost in the weeds.
- Comfortable in a "Global" environment where priorities can shift quickly.
