A respected and growing building services consultancy is seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their Cork office. This is a permanent role suited to someone with 5 to 7 years of experience, looking to step into a key project delivery position with strong future potential for progression.
This role offers hybrid working flexibility, a dynamic team environment, and exposure to high-quality projects across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and coordination of HVAC, public health, and mechanical systems

Work on projects from concept through to construction and handover

Collaborate with in-house and external teams including architects and contractors

Produce detailed designs and models using Revit/BIM tools

Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and industry standards
Ideal Candidate:

Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering

5-7 years of experience in building services design (consultancy or contractor background)

Proven experience with Revit and BIM workflows

Strong communication and collaboration skills
