Maintenance Technician

A leading production company in West Cork is seeking Maintenance Technicians / Engineers to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting production through preventative and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
* Support continuous improvement and equipment optimisation initiatives
* Work closely with production teams to maintain safe and efficient operations
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and support spare parts management

Requirements:
* Trade qualification or engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or related)
* Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
