Legal Administrator - 12-Month FTC

Cork €35-40K Hybrid Working

We're currently partnering with a well-known and respected organisation based on the in Cork to recruit a Legal Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

This is a varied and interesting position that plays a key role in supporting legal operations within the business. Core responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing standard-form legal documents (e.g., NDAs)
• Coordinating the execution process for legal documents (including Adobe Sign/DocuSign)
• Managing legal document storage, version control, and accessibility
• Liaising with external counsel and supporting due diligence processes
• Providing general administrative and clerical support to the legal team and occasionally across the wider Group

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Prior legal exposure and high-volume administrative experience
• Strong IT skills, particularly with document management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
