    Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join their team. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end software implementation projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.

    The successful candidate will have experience in software/SaaS implementation, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication, technical problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead full lifecycle implementation of the client's software solutions, from initiation through to go-live.

    • Configure and customize software in line with client requirements.

    • Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployment.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementations.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, implementation, sales) to deliver tailored solutions.

    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

    • Facilitate workshops, progress updates, and client feedback sessions.

    • Identify risks to project success and implement mitigation strategies.

    • Deliver client training sessions to support successful adoption.

    • Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Proven experience in software/SaaS implementation, ideally with data-driven or analytics platforms.

    • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

    • Knowledge of project management methodologies (certification a plus).

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

    • Technical problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

    • Proactive, client-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
