Head of Commercial Finance & Service Delivery
Location: Cork (Hybrid)

The Role: Commercial Finance Ownership & BPO Governance
In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the primary owner of the Commercial Finance processes. You aren't just managing numbers; you are managing the delivery of those numbers by a third-party strategic partner (BPO). You will act as the critical bridge between Musgrave's Commercial Finance leadership and the external provider to ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and strategically aligned.
What You'll Do:

Service Ownership & Performance: Monitor the BPO's delivery against strict SLAs and KPIs. You will identify service gaps and drive the "Continuous Improvement" culture needed to move from reactive reporting to proactive insights.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary interface between the BPO and Musgrave's senior stakeholders. You will translate complex business requirements into clear service expectations for the outsourced team.

Governance & Compliance: Maintain world-class standards for reporting integrity. You will own the SOPs and internal controls, ensuring the third-party provider is fully compliant with the company's financial framework.

Transformation & Innovation: Partner with the Finance Transformation team to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. You will lead the "change management" required when the business evolves (e.g., through new acquisitions).

Operating Model Design: Define and run the "Tower" engagement model, ensuring clear ownership and distributed execution across the hybrid (in-house/outsourced) team.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 8-10+ years in Retail/Wholesale analytics, FP&A, or Commercial Operations.

Leadership: Minimum of 5 years in a global or enterprise leadership role specifically focused on service delivery, reporting standards, or BI transformation.

Sector Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Retail or Wholesale domain is essential to understand the unique data and margin challenges of the business.

Process Mastery: Proven experience in designing KPI frameworks, managing BPO operating models, and driving large-scale change.

Communication: An articulate, persuasive leader who can influence senior stakeholders and negotiate effectively with strategic partners.

Education: A degree in Finance, Business, or Analytics. A professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) is highly desirable.
