We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established business based near Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, who are seeking a Financial Administrator to join their team and support the Financial Controller.

This role is based 5 days on site (Working hours 8.30am - 5pm)
As Financial Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and financial support within a busy team environment. Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across finance and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders
- Assisting with budget tracking, financial reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records and supporting audits
- Support with weekly/monthly payroll
- General office administration, scheduling, and client liaison
- Supporting bookings, certification/record management, and client communications
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support service delivery
Requirements:
- 2+ years working in a varied accounts role
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong interest in finance and administration
- Previous experience in a finance-related role or through formal finance training is essential
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
