As a Finance Integration Accountant, you'll play a key role in bringing newly acquired entities in line with existing financial processes, ensuring seamless integration, strong financial controls, and alignment with operational standards.

Responsibilities
· Lead the financial onboarding of acquired stores, aligning them with our systems and compliance expectations.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning-including capital expenditure-for acquisition targets.
· Oversee the financial "hard close" process, identify acquisition-related risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
· Manage compliance aspects, including audits, financial statements, and entity lifecycle support.
· Assist with technical accounting during restructures, store closures, or sales.
· Build internal relationships across finance and operations teams-occasional travel may be required.
· Contribute to broader finance and control improvement projects as needed.
Ideal Candidate
· A qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
· Experience managing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and technical accounting across multiple entities.
· Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Strong organisational, project, and change management aptitude.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and highly committed to accuracy and process improvement.
