Accounts
- Allocating supplier invoices to PO and delivery dockets
- Processing supplier invoices
- Monthly payment runs
- Recording and reconciliation of daily cash sales
- Bank reconciliations
- Generating customer invoices
- Supplier & Customer account reconciliations
- Weekly payroll
- Generating and monitoring Purchase Orders
- Record project job hours and materials used per contract/job.
- Generate monthly invoices
- Generate Quotes
- Health and Safety & RAMS.
- Fleet management: Motor Tax, VRT, Service and Insurance
- Implementing Better Workflow and Procedures
- Maintain stock levels on EPOS system: reviewing budgets, sales & margins.
- Responsible for ordering stock
- Communicating with suppliers regarding stock issues
- Stock level management
Requirements:
- 7 years experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
