What You'll Bring
Essential:

15+ years' broad IT experience across architecture, development, delivery, or support.

Experience leading major transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of business, data, application, and integration architecture.

Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with practical delivery needs.
Desirable:

Experience managing architecture or technical teams.

Knowledge of information security architecture.

Capability mapping and operating model experience.

ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certification.
