Digital Product Manager

A leading organization in Cork is seeking a Product Manager for an 18-month contract. The role will support the transformation of the company's retail media proposition, involving platform selection, rollout, and data integration. Location: Cork with 3 days onsite per week.
Responsibilities:

Define product vision, scope, and strategy for the retail media transformation

Evaluate and select retail media platforms aligned with business needs

Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and product specs

Manage product backlog, prioritise features, and oversee agile delivery

Collaborate with internal teams (data, IT, marketing) and external vendors

Support user acceptance testing and track product KPIs

Ensure proper configuration and rollout across divisions

Liaise with stakeholders including data protection, eCommerce, and screen partners
Requirements:

Strong understanding of retail media, martech, or digital marketing ecosystems

Proven experience delivering enterprise platforms with complex data integration

Background in agile product management and cross-functional collaboration

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in retail or FMCG is a plus

Familiarity with advertising platforms, CDPs, and campaign tools is desirable

Knowledge of data privacy regulations is an advantage
