Job Opportunity: Coordination adminstrator
Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting global training and engagement meetings? We are looking for an expert to support Development Leaders and Organization leadership to ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of key deliverables during Investigator meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to planning for virtual and live meetings.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the study team regarding meeting logistics, including vendors, travel details, and affiliate requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of virtual/live Investigator meetings on a global scale.
- Manage attendees, handle logistical coordination, and ensure all meeting details are well-organised and effectively communicated.
- Handle exceptions and troubleshoot potential issues to ensure seamless meeting execution.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, clearly conveying information to team members and leadership.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven track record of managing virtual/live events and understanding meeting logistics.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors.
