Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a proactive Compliance & Contracts Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

The Role
As the Compliance & Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance processes are effectively managed and continuously improved. Acting as a central point of contact, you'll provide guidance, maintain key systems, and support the successful delivery of compliant meetings, events and external engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage meeting and event compliance from planning through to completion, ensuring all contracts, documentation and approvals meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support meeting owners by providing project guidance and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Maintain compliance systems and project trackers, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and audit-ready.
- Identify process gaps and drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with compliance, finance, procurement and external vendors to ensure seamless contract administration.
- Monitor documentation and reporting requirements, ensuring records are complete and compliant at all times.

- Demonstrated experience supporting compliance activities and company contract administration.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing systems, trackers or compliance databases with a high level of accuracy.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to identify and resolve process issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across multiple business functions.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
