Claims Support Administrator
Salary: 30K+ (DOE)
Work Model: Fully onsite
Location: Kinsale road, Cork
** Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours **
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for claims processing
- Register new claims and notify involved parties
- Handle internal and external inquiries professionally and record messages accurately
- Ensure compliance with invoicing and other financial procedures
- Maintain high-quality data entry for accurate records and reporting
- Log daily timesheets
- Run, review, and share management reports as needed
- Participate in projects and perform other tasks as assigned
About You:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in insurance or a financial capacity
- Strong organizational skills; able to multi-task and handle changing priorities
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Professional in interactions with clients, policyholders, and third parties
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Background in relevant sector administration (preferred)
- Adaptable and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Open to occasional travel if needed
